Good Karma

Ok, so you see my fab Ravelry progress bars over there? Well, I had the darndest time trying to figure out how to get them to work and after fiddling with it for 2 days I posted on the Ravelry.com website and I had a response in about 10 minutes, tried it out and whammo, instant bars! So, thanks to phoneix and mimosa I finally figured it out. Fast forward to today. I am poking around in the forums and I see some poor soul with the same exact problem I had. I pointed her in the right direction and she made me a thank you graphic! (See bottom of blog for my cute little lamb!) So, thank you L and enjoy your new Rav bars!

ETA: Ok, Ravelry rocks! I got immediate help and now my bars are there :) Oh happy day! Now I can show my non rav friends my progress!

Dec. 5, 2007 - and so we begin

There are several reasons to blog...

1. So I can have it show up on my cool Ravelry site
2. To link to all my friends cool blogs
3. To make myself feel younger :)

So, let's get started...

Today was fun - got the 1st snowfall of the DC area season and already people are complaining about how the road crews handled the <1" we got. Here we go again.

Kids enjoyed playing in the snow, made great snowballs what little there was.
